Importance of Individual Training

Day #1 Session

To our #IFJfamily we want to continue to provide you with activities for your development. We understand sometimes players get bored with same old same old routines. Our Academy Assistant Directors/Coaches have worked hard to give you 5 new options. These combine the technical with speed agility, and/or strength for a total workout. We will post one workout each day this week beginning with this one.

IFJ Spring 2020 Supplemental Training Plan

Find your appropriate training session by clicking on the content above. We encourage all players to take this additional time to continue in their own individual development.
