Online Team Check-In

Check in for the 2017 Grand Park College Showcase events must be completed electronically via your team Got Soccer account or may be mailed in. On site check in will only be available for teams OUTSIDE of the United States.

You can submit the required documents by uploading them to your Got Soccer registration using the team account you registered for the Grand Park College Showcase Events. All information must be received no later than midnight on November 1, 2017. You must use the same team account that you used to register for this event.

You can mail in your check in documents by mailing them to the address listed below. Your envelope MUST be postmarked no later than October 25, 2017. Any information submitted beyond the dates above will not be accepted.

Submitting your documents via Got Soccer:

  1. Log in to your team Got Soccer account and click the Grand Park College Showcase event.
  2. Click Documents tab and upload each of the required Documents. All required forms needed can be found on below. A checklist is also available to assist you in making sure you have provided everything needed.

Teams from within the United States MUST submit:

  1. Copies of validated player/coach/manager passes issued by USYSA or US Club Soccer (rostered players and guest players) as they are listed on your official roster. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS.
  2. One copy of official stamped and validated team roster. Please cross off players who WILL NOT be attending.
  3. Copy of guest player form if applicable.
  4. Showcase liability waiver signed by a parent/guardian (or player 18 or older). Only one (1) form per team will be accepted.  Please list players in order as they appear on the roster.
  5. Travel Permit from your state organization (For USYSA teams outside of Indiana. Not required if roster is US Club Soccer) Please note that any MRL team from outside Indiana who is playing 1 or 2 Showcase games as MRL games WILL need a permit to travel. MRL teams playing all 3 Showcase games as MRL games WILL NOT need a permit to travel.
  6. Emergency contact form.

Teams from outside the United States MUST submit:

  1. Validated player/coach/manager passes or ID’s by the governing soccer body.
  2. One copy of the valid team roster and list of guest players.
  3. Copy of guest player form if applicable.
  4. Medical release waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
  5. Travel permit from the Provincial or National Association approving the team’s participation in the tournament.
  6. Emergency contact form.
